What is your return policy?
Because PiForever pieces are made specifically for each project or client, all sales are final and deposits are non-refundable.
PiForever stands behind our workmanship and will work with you shortly after delivery to address reasonable refinements related to fit or comfort. Normal wear and tear, damage or misuse are not covered.
Your satisfaction matters to us, and we welcome the chance to talk if questions arise.
Can I make changes after approving a design?
Generally speaking, once a design is approved and production begins, changes may not be possible without additional cost. We take care to confirm all details before moving forward.
Do you offer repairs or maintenance?
Yes. We’re happy to discuss resizing, maintenance or repair needs on a case-by-case basis.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Care guidance will be provided based on the materials and construction of your specific piece.
