If you can dream it, we can create it! If you know what you want, provide us with the jewelry design, the best price you found for it, and we'll provide you with our quote where we'll create it either with better gems, at lower cost, or both.

How should I prepare before I contact you?

If you're unsure of where to start, feel free to reach out to us any time and we'll help you create the product you're looking for. We can discuss details over the phone and, of course, you're always welcome to stop by one of our offices in NY or Miami!
 
if you’ve worked on your concept, figured out what you want, and obtained a local price to create it, have that information ready for us to review.
 
Some important items to consider:
1 - What diamond cut are you looking for?
2 - What carat weight are you looking for?
3 - Do you have a diamond color in mind?
4 - What kind of setting are you interested in?
5 - What material do you want your setting to be made of (gold, platinum, etc...)?

What is your return policy?

Everything we create is custom-made to exacting standards from hand-picked components of the highest quality.  Because of this, all sales are final and deposits are non-refundable.  We understand that sometimes plans change.  If yours do, talk to us, and we’ll see what we can do.

Do I have to be in AEPi to buy from you?

Accepted Answer

No. But if you are AEPi or AEPi-related in any way, please let us know. We will contribute a portion of your purchase to the AEPi Foundation as thanks for your order and our way of giving back.

Are your diamonds GIA certified?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Traditionally, the center stone of a piece of jewelery is GIA certified and will be included as part of your purchase at no additional cost. 
 
We will also provide you with an appraisal for the completed piece of jewelry that you can use for insurance purposes.

How do I pay for my order?

Once you review our offer and are satisfied, payment can be made via bank wire or in person at either our New York or Miami offices. We'll be in touch with you every step of the way to ensure the smoothest transaction possible.

Can I sell you my jewelry?

We are always happy to take a look at your jewelry. But because of our extraordinary access to precious gems of all types, we usually recommend that you sell privately.

Yes, we repair and restore jewelry.

Can I trade you my real gemstones for upgraded ones?

Accepted Answer

Generally speaking, yes, we are usually able to offer customers credit for their natural gemstones toward a purchase of greater value.

Can I sell you my luxury watch?

As with jewelry, we are able to offer you better pricing when you upgrade.  For best pricing, we recommend you sell privately.
